All our courses are relatively small.

Basements experience after all years have shown at least four courses to be sufficient. We offer two menus that consist of four or up to six courses. The seasonal choice menu is changed every other week according to produce availability. We also offer a separate four course menu that consists of the “Wagner's Classic”

Our headchef Camilla Parkner is the only female headchef in Sweden with a star in the "Guide Michelin". It certainly makes us all very proud to present quality food on local produce and with seasonal chosen ingredients. We change the menu on a weekly basis and with matching wines we would love to guide you through this culinary journey.

Our sommeliers match wine and food professionally and with passion. A glass of carefully chosen wine to match each course. You get to dry wines from different parts of world, different grapes and styles. There are wines to match all our menus.
